Tariff Trading Standards Ltd Terms & Conditions
Definitions
- "The Claim" means the claim assessed and also pursued in relation to the statements declared on our Web Site by TTS Ltd (Tariff Trading Standards Ltd) on behalf of the client.
- "The Client" means the person who has instructed TTS Ltd to conduct a claim. A client becomes a client after sending the completed and signed application form back to TTS Ltd.
- "The Private Limited Company" means TTS Ltd which is a branch of The Green Key UK organization.
- "Consent" means the consent given by the client to claim any loss of earnings or any charges that may have arisen from a "mis-selling" of a mobile phone contract, insurance policy or cash-back incentive that was not given at the point of sale. Consent is not formal until the application has been returned to us by email or post; signed for.
- "The Charge" means our charge or fee for the claim service. TTS Ltd offer a (no win no fee) service and our fee is 25% of any recovered amount received by the retailer/sales outlet or MSP (Mobile Service Provider).
- "The Service" means the advice given and working process in contacting the MNOs & MSPs in each instance with the intent on recovering your claim to the maximum amount available for claiming or the amount made in an offer by the retailer - this being the company you took the contract out with or signed a service agreement with. Contracts set up over the telephone could be void due to a breach of using commercial data with no license or by breaching the TPS/MPS - Telephone Preference Service and Mailing Preference Service.
- "Live Claim" - Once the client has accepted the terms and conditions it is deemed that TTS Ltd will act for and on behalf of the client.
- "Obligations Of The Client" - To give TTS Ltd adequate time to compose and make the dispute aware to the company being investigated by TTS Ltd on behalf of the client. The client must allow TTS Ltd adequate time to fully investigate the claim of a mis-selling. Once a mis-selling complaint is raised it is now unlawful and considered illegal under common law. As a client you will be responsible for forwarding any correspondence from the company under investigation to TTS Ltd.
- "Obligations Of TTS Ltd" - To contact the client on a two week basis updating you on any relevant information regarding your claim. We will keep you informed by answer phone message left on a line-line telephone phone number or business number, Email or text (SMS) alert or post - If you are contacted by any other body claiming to work for or on behalf of TTS Ltd please report it by using the information on our website.
- "Termination" - In the unlikely event of the client wanting to terminate the services of TTS Ltd; a letter in writing must be sent to us 14 days prior to the cancellation being authorised by TTS Ltd. Our address is: TTS Ltd, 126 Ruskin Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 7JS.
- "Links to other web sites" - Our website contains links to other sites. These sites are not under the control of TTS Ltd. We assume no responsibility for the content of such web sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising from the use of them by people or clients visiting our web site. The inclusion of a link to another site on this web site does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
- "Links to our web site" - Those wishing to place a link to our web site on other sites may do so only to the home page of our site: http://www.tariftradingstandards.org.uk/.

- TTS Ltd will perform all claims with reasonable skill and care. TTS Ltd will not be liable to you in any circumstances for:
- loss of profits, revenue or other types of economic loss;
- loss of business or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings or goodwill;
- losses arising from loss of data;
- losses which arise other than directly and naturally from a breach of contract;
- losses which a court holds to be consequential, special or indirect;
- losses suffered by you arising from any claim against you by a third party for any of the aforementioned types of loss;
- losses are due to the provision of false, misleading or incomplete information or documentation or due to any acts or omissions of any person other than us;
- any losses whatsoever and howsoever caused from or in any way connected with the provision of the reclaim in relation to "mis-sold mobile phone contracts, cash-back offers or service agreement of any kind by the MNOs & MSPs - retailers and outlets selling these services also are included in this statement.
- Complaints about our service must be posted to TTS Ltd. You must give TTS Ltd 28 days to investigate any complaint made about our service or procedures.
- "Law and Jurisdiction" - These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and TTS Ltd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and TTS Ltd and you (the client) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
